: The Carnegie Enquiry .Committee, referring to the Balkan War, reports, that all the belligerents were guilty of'atrocities j that they brutally illtreated* the wounded, and violated, the international laws of warfare. Bulgaria' had 153,355 l kilJedy and 104,585 wounded, and the war cost her £3,150,000; Servia had 22,000 killed, 25,000 wounded, a»d45,000 invalided. The war cost her £1,470,000 r •To Greece the war cost £1,170,000, and to Montenegro £207,000.
