£45,000 TO CHARITIES. WISE AND CAKEFUL BEQUESTS. The Trustees of the will of the late Mrs A. < ' Townend (Messrs A. M'Kellar, C. M'Kellar, P. H. Pyne, and N. L. M'Beth), have supplied the following details to the newspapers:— "After providing for a number of private legacies, and annuities Mrs Townend by her will left the following amounts to the Public Institutions "named: — "£IOOO to the Trustees or' other persons having.the direction, management and.control of the Sanatorium for Consumptives at Cashmere Hills, 1 for the purpose of establishing and''maintaining or beds'to be known as 'the * fG.
