Mr Roosevelt interviewed at Barbadoes said he could not say . whether he would again be a candidate for .the Presidency, but, if so, it must be on a progressive platform which the republic must accept. .. ' Replying to Sir Clement Markman, president of the Royal Geographical Society, relative to the Brazilian new river, Mr. Roosevelt said the existing maps were entirely wrong. The moun-: tain thereon was entirely imaginary.
