DENNISTON CUP. The final for the DeDniston Cup was played on Saturday on the Christchurch Golf Club's links at Shirley between W. A. Humphreys scr and T. W. Kane 7. Humphreys won by <5 up and 6 to play. HAGLEY CLUB. A Mixed Bogey Foursomes Handicap was played on the Hagley links on Saturday. The results were as follow: Miss S. Chapman and H. G. Helmore (28), 4 up. Mrs Bond and J. H. C. Bond (28), all square. M iss Tonks and P. A. Lourie (27), 4 down: Miss Reed and R. B. Lucas (26), 4 down. Miss L. Way and W. Ilelmore (17), 4 down Miss Armstrong and D. Hoart (16), 5 down. RANGIORA CLUB. The Hen's Driving Competition wsw wen by R. Smith, and the Ladies' Driving Competition by Mrs Paterson. The Mixed Foursome was w»* by Mr and Mrs Paterson with a score of 56 for nine holea. KAIAPOI CLUB. A Bog»y Match was played on Saturday, the following being the best cards handed in:—J. Martin 4 up, G. Template® 2 up, T. K. Leithead 2 up, Leon Wilson *ll square. L. L. Wilson all square, T. Butcher all square. Ok Saturday a match between fc*em» representing the Kaiapoi and Lyttelton Clubs was played, resulting in a win for Kaiapoi.
