'At the Lvttelton Magistrate's Court this morning a first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged.

CRIPPS REMANDED.

Harry Cripps was charged that on April 23, at Geraldine, he did commit murder, to wit, Adam Stevenson. SeniorSergeant Ryan applied for a remand till May 15, for accused to appear at Geraldine, which was granted.
