AIRSHIP FAILS IN TEST.
A PARTIAL WRECK.

The Schuttelauz airship, the largest yet constructed for the army, failed by half an hour to fulfil the War Office conditions. It was compelled to land through losing gas, and struck the ground so hard that it was partially wrecked.
