Lord Selborne will move the second reading of the Women's Enfranchisement Bill in the House of Lords on Tuesday.
Lord Curzon will move its rejection. The subject has never been previously debated in the House of Lords. The Bill confers the Parliamentary vote on women possessing a municipal vote.
