CONTINUOUS OBSERVANCE.
"Times" atul "Sydney Sun" Service*. (Received May. 2, 8 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. Miss Mary Proctor, who recently toured New Zealand, lecturing before the Astronomical Association, said that with the completion of the Nelson Observatory (N.Z.) and another in Australia, the sun's face will be under continuous observation during twenty-four hours.
