TO INCREASE BRITAIN'S TRADE. A CANADIAN PROJECT. "Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. (Received April 28, 8.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, April 27. With a view to securing to Britain a larger share of the Canadian import trade, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in London is sending Trade Commissioners to Canada to study the questions of transportation and distribution. The chamber is also sending a British-mail'e engine and ipi exhibition trainload oi British-made goods for a year's toiir of the Canadian railways.
