LACE GARTERS.
As lace hemmed garters are in fashion, perhaps the ©ld custom of cutting up the bride's garters to be given to-her girl friends will be revived. Or the plan of hiding a garter may be tried, the finder being marked as the first girl amongst all the seekers to be married.
