As a result of the proposed blocking of motions Mr Asquith has announced that he wilt make the remedy a Government affair. [A cable message on April 8 stated that, resenting Lord Hugh . Cecil's blocking of the Divorce Bill, one hundred and six Liberals gave notice of a blocking motion whereby discussion on leading questions would be prevented.]
