SHIPWRIGHTS' DISPUTE.

Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 10. The Wellington Shipwrights' Union applied to add the Union Steam Ship Company, the Wellington Harbour Board, E. B. Bailey, and J. Bringing to the parties cited in their dispute. The Conciliation Commissioner, Mr. Hally,' decided to exempt the Union Company and the Harbour Board, the former being required to furnish the Court with a declaration that it is not engaged in the' shipbuilding industry,- -He granted the application in respect to Bailey and Bringing The union secretary objected to the Commissioner's ruling as affecting the Union Company and the Harbour Board, ftnd the "matter will probably be referred to the Arbitration Court during its. hearing of the' dispute.
