ATHLETES CLUB.
SUMMIT ROAD BENEFITS.
There was a large attendance at a meeting, last evening, of tho Chris t,church Athletes' Glub, which is organising a series of athletic entertainments for tho benefit of the Summit Road Association. It was decided that 'the second entertainment should be held on Saturday, May 9, and a programme of wrestling and boxing was arranged. Mr B. H. Bennetts wrote offering a gold medal for competition, and his generous oiler was accepted with thanks. The club decided that in future all wrestling contests under its control should be governed by the rules of tho British Amateur Wrestling Association, and that there should be a time limit of 20 minutes on each wrestling bout. If no fall is gained within that time, the competitor who does the most attacking and gives the best display shall be declared the wifnner.
