HIGH COMMISSIONER'S CABLE. COMMERCIAL MEN'S COMPLAINT. —— Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 7. Enquiries regarding the Chamber of Commerce complaint that the High Commissioner's market cablegram is unsatisfactory elicited the information that these messages are not solely for the convenience of commercial houses, .but for the benefit of producers, and provide the only indication producers get of the trend of the Home markets. One authority pointed out that commercial houses had their own private advices, which they would continue to get despite any' message sent by the High Commissioner, while producers had not such aid, and were dependent entirely on the official weekly cablegram.
