SCOUT TROUBLES.

Thorp, stated that his position " as commander of the district was a / purely honorary one, and... he would therefore no longer tolerate the continued 'interferences. He withdrew, stating that he would send in his resignation. Five scoutmasters also left' the meeting, and to-day forwarded their resignations, together with those of. their officers and the Jooys of their troops, to the Dominion Scout. The scoutmasters who have, resigned intend holding "a meeting shortly with the idea of forming a body that will be the nucleus of a fresh scout organisation at Auckland..
