A SERIOUS CHARGE.

(Before Messrs C. P. Agar and 11. Langford, J.P's) Yesterday afternoon William Pain (Mr Donnelly) pleaded not guilty to two charges of indecent assault on two small girls aged six and four years respectively. He was committed for trial to the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed in one surety of £IOO and two each of £50 —a total of £2OO.
