THE ARRESTED MISSIONARY. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright. LISBON, April 2. The Minister for the Colonies, in reply to a question, said that the Rev. J. Bowskill, the missionary who was arrested in West Africa recently on a charge of illegally recruiting natives, would be tried by a civil court in the presence of the British Consul.
