NAPIER'S PROGRESS.
Press Association. NAPIER, March 17. The Napier Harbour Board has decided to purchase a dredge for the purpose of constructing an embankment across the inner harbour, and expects to make a start with the work, which is fro carry the east coast railway line, within three months.
