REVOLT IN PORTUGAL.
OUTRAGE BY STRIKERS. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. MADRID, February 28. Travellers from Portugal report that the strikers are abundantly supplied with gold. All the telegraph and telephone wires have been cut. President Arriaga threatens to dissolve the federation of syndicalists if it persists in the attempt to transform the railway trouble into a general strike. Some railwaymen have resumed, and the majority condemn the outrages.
