IRON TRADES STRIKE.
" TOO MUCH RED TAPE." ENQUIRY DELAYED. * • By Cable. —Press Association. —Copyright. SYDNEY, February 25. The iron trades strike is unaltered. Judge Heydon will to-morrow consider the possibility of re-opening the award over which the trouble occurred. (Received "February 26, 9.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 26. Both parties in the ironworkers trouble are waiting for the case to come before the court, and no attempt is being made to negotiate. The delay in fringing the dispute before the court is causing comment on all sides. The Hon. J. Estell says there is too much red tape in the department, and he will see that it does not occur in the future.
