IN DIVORCE.

A DECREE NISI. At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Denniston, the adjourned ease, Amelia Armstrong v. Albert Edward Armstrong, petition for dissolution of marriage, was heard. Mr iF. K. Hunt appeared for the petitioner. Mr Hunt called F. 0 'Connell, private enquiry agent, who said that the respondent had admitted the allegations in the petition. His Honour granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months.
