the towns, and every musterer had a mob at his heels, most of which would be better shot. In his opinion, however, the worst offender was the woman who continually nursed an ugly, useless lap-dog. They were simply breeding infection. A member: What about the women who have nothing else to nurse? (Laughter.) The meeting adopted Mr Livingstone's suggestion to call the Government's attention to the matter.
