Mr Dunn, who appeared for the first wife, said he had ■ agreed to pay £1 per week. He now-proposed to visit England, and Mr Dunn had threatened him with proceedings if he attempted leave the Dominioh. His client thought the only way was to tak'e out a summons against himself that he should enter into some kind of security ia order that the machinery of the Court should not be set in motion to prevent his leaving. Mr JRiddell, S.M., ordered that £IOO be deposited with the Clerk of tho Court, or that a,bond in the sum of £IOO or two sureties of £SO each.
