INCREASE IN SHIPPING. ''Times"—r"Sydney• Sun" Special Cable. (Received February 24, 8.30 g,.m.) LONDON; February 23. Vessels paying river dues at London during the past nine months amounted to a total of 23,500,000 tons—an increase from 1912 of 2,000,000 tons. Vessels using the docks totalled 14,000,000 tons —an increase of 1,000,000 tons.
