There was a large attendance of spectators and a record entry of swimmers at the Wharenui Club's Carnival, this Some splendid racing was witnessed, all the events being closely contested. ~Tlie usual 50yds Interclufa Handicap necessitated .16 heats, while it was necessary to swim semifinals in the relay event.
