RITUAL MURDER.

A PEASANT ARRESTED. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, February 13. Goutcharuk, a peasant, has been arrested on a charge of murdering a boy, Josef Pasgkoff, at Fastoff. Thirteen puncture marks were found on the boy's neck similar to those in the Yushinsky case. The police state that the boy was a Christian who was stolen and circumcised by Pagskoff, who swears that the boy was his son.
