“HONEST BANKRUPT”
After vouching for bankrupt’s honesty in dealing with them, creditors of Rossmore Fraider. contractor, of Waikowhai. at a meeting before the official assignee. Mr. A. W. Watters, this morning. passed a resolution facilitating bankrupt’s discharge. Bankrupt’s schedule showed assets of stock in trade amounting to .£SO and nook debts estimated to produce £2O, totalling £7O. Unsecured creditors were shown at £SOO, leaving a deficiency of £430. ? Pronged discussion it was to the stock.
