AUCKLAND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION'S PLAN—This plan, prepared by Messrs. David B. Russell and E. Henshall, on behalf of the Auckland Development Association, shows the proposed airport site at Pollen’s Island, Avondale. It is the firm opinion of the association that, in this site, Auckland already possesses the best area' available for airport purposes. The advantages of the scheme, together with costs of construction, are discussed by Mr. Russell in an article in this issue of THE SUN.
