Large bowls of bulbs, marigold and Iceland poppies made delightful decorations under the soft orange-shaded lights, and on the supper tables on the dais the same coloured blossoms were used. Mrs. Gresham was wearing a charming frock of old gold lace and satin with a smart coatee to tom*. Mrs. Currie wore a. frock of black georgette. ANDREWS A very enjoyable day was spent on the Hamilton links on Thursday, when a friendly match was played between the local women and the Cambridge women.
