LADIES’ NIGHT

Annual Lodge Function At Ellerslie ENTERTAINING PROGRAMME Tiie annual ladies’ evening of No. 55, Lodge Wairoa, Ellerslie, was celebrated recently and was most successful. The Worshipful Master, Mr. T. G. Shaw, in a short opening speech, welcomed the visitors. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Air. Thompson’s orchestra. Between dances vocal, musical and elocutionary items were given by Aliss M. Grassie, Aliss E. Nutt, Mr. Lambert Harvey and Air. G. R. Pilkington. The hall was decorated with brightlycoloured balloons and streamers. The dance music was supplied by Air. Thompson’s orchestra. Among those present were: Airs. T. G.
