No local agent of any cf the American corporations is selling any film whatsoever to the exhibitors, though some have tried to buy. Sir Victor Wilson has seen the Acting-Prime Minister, the Hou. E. A. Ransom, and laid all his cards upon the table in the matter of the proposed taxation. On the nature of Mr. Ransom’s answer depends what will follow.
