In giving judgment for defendan the magistrate said that according to evidence the accident was caused by the loosening of the tie-re-3 connect ing the two front wheels, the vehicle becoming unmanageaM and upsetting. The car was a new one and the driver could scarcely be expected to look fo T such a defect.
