DANGEROUS DRIVING
MOTORIST FINED £1 Charged with dangerous driving on June 16, Sidney Townson was lined £1 and costs £4 ss, at the Police Court today. The offence was said to have occurred in Sandringham Road at 3.25 p.m. on June 16. A small girl ran across the ,road and was struck by a case which fell from defendant’s car. As a result she was in hospital for three weeks. Accused, in the box, said he was not driving at more than 20 miles an hour and had taken every care.
