Arrowzone and Ganpat finished together at the end of half a mile ia 49 3-5, and Autopay and Jayson covered five in 1.3. Veronese went half a mile, the 3a«c three furlongs in 38 2-5. and Eastertime went well in a sprint up the straight. Huntingdon and a companion ran five in 1.3, and Arrow Lad half in 4» l-S Shortly arid Annoycr went seven ia 2.315. L'seful work was done by Star Stranger, Cylinder. Toxeuma, Limosin, Ceremony, Auckland Gas. Limosin, Pomp, Courageous, Lady Quex, and a number of others. Divisions Unlikely Scratch mgs.—Thunderstorm, for the Maiden, ana Wild for t!fe Durie Hack. White Doe has also been scratched for the Dur.e Hack. It is unlikely now that the Maiden Plate and Durie Hack will have to be run. in divisions.
