Pursuant to Section 12 of the Local Bodies’ Ijoans Act, 1926, T hereby give notice that at a poll ot' the ratepayers of the Mount Roskill Itoad District taken on the Sixth (6tli) Day of August, 1930, on the proposal of the Mount Roskill Road Board to borrow the sum of seventeen thousand pounds (£17,000) for the purpose of paving with concrete the carriageway of Three ' Kings Road, the laying of a water-main Sin diameter, and the formation of pathways. The number of votes recorded for tlie proposal was 907; The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 272; Informal, 3. I therefore declare that the proposal was carried. E. F.
