MAKING GOOD BUTTER
FACTORY MANAGER’S FRANKNESS From Our Oicn Correspondent TAUMARUXCT, Monday. The Ohura Valley Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, which held its annual meeting on Saturday, possesses a very outspoken official in its factory manager, Mr. H. Gibson. Addressing the meeting, Mr. Gibson said he desired to thank suppliers for the assistance they had given the factory in supplying good cream. It was impossible to make good cakes with rotten eggs, and it was also impossible to make good butter out of bad cream. The butter manufactured at the factory during the season showed an average grade of 93.08, and no second grade was made.
