This rule is final and no exceptions can be made. COUNT AT CIVIC THEATRE
In order that contestants may . not be disappointed in securing seats for Saturday evening, it is suggested that' they make immediate bookings, as there will be a full house. Some few contestants have misunderstood the last published count. This was by no means the final count —it was simply the last published count. The final count, which will be made by judges selected by the contestants, will include every ballot published in the paper and all reserve ballots. It will cover every ballot issued, and every 60-vote coupon which was published in the paper early in the campaign. Not one vote will be overlooked and every contestant is assured of a fair and impartial count. A Dalton adding machine has been kindly loaned by Messrs Armstrong and Springhall, Ltd. for the occasion, thus ensuring accuracy in the count.
