SMALL SUPREME COURT CRIMINAL LIST SESSION OPENS TUESDAY One of the smallest criminal calendars for some years in Auckland, numbering 12 cases, will, be submitted at the quarterly criminal session of the Supreme Court, commencing on Tuesday. The session will be presided over by Mr. Justice Herdman and Mr. Justice Smith. The list of prisoners and the charges against them is as under: , Wilfred Lees, receiving stolen goods. William Thomas and Rangi HarawanL robbery with violence. Rangi Harawana, robbery with violence, and breaking, entering and theft. Andrew Smith, negligent driving, causing death. George McWilliams, alias McKenna, demanding money by menaces with intent to steal, and theft. Pepene Ratu, unlawful carnal knowledge. William Marshall Forbes, indecent assault on female. Noel Herbert Wilkinson, negligent driving, causing dea,th. Albert Joseph Vance Ryan, theft, forgery and littering. Joseph Mclvor, alias Joseph Baxter, indecent assault on a male. Thomas James Gibson, theft of horses.
