HOT SPRING
WINS BROKEN HILL CUP Hot Spring, one of the purchases made by the Adelaide owner, Mr. E. E. Jolly, in New Zealand, when he set out to establish a racing stable, has been his only profitable medium. The Chief Ruler gelding credited him with a South Australian Derby, and on July 12 he won the South Hill Cup, of £385, run over a jnile and a-quarter.
