RAIN SATURATES WICKET IN SCOTLAND REST FOR AUSTRALIANS LONDON, Friday. There was no play in the cricket match Australia v. Scotland at Edinburgh yesterday, owing to rain. This morning the pitch was found to be saturated, and the game was abandoned. TEAM FOR SOUTH AFRICA Bleed. 2.30 p.m. LONDON, Friday. The Marylebone Cricket Club has invited the following to tour South Africa: Chapman, White, Allom, Wyatt, Peebles, Turnbull, Duckworth, Voce, Goddard, Tate, Hendren, Hammond, Leyland, Ames and Sandham. The team will sail on October 17.
