Notice is hereby given that a Local Bill will be introduced into Parliament during the present Session thereof under the title of “The Auckland Provincial Water Board Act. 1930/’ The objects c\f the said Bill are:— (a) To create a water district comprising the Boroughs of Mount Eden, Mount Albert. Newmarket. Devon - port, Takapuna, New Lynn and Otahuhu, the Road District of Mount Roskill, and the Town Districts of Henderson, Manurewa and Papatoetoe. (b) To constitute a Water Board for the said district and to provide for its election, procedure, powers and duties. (c) To make all necessary incidental and ancillary provisions relative to the above matters. The above Bill will be introduced into Parliament by or on behalf of the Borough Councils of Mount Eden, Mount Albert. Newmarket, Devonport, Takapuna, New Lynn and Otahuhu, the Road Board of Mount Roskill and the Town Boards of Henderson, Manurewa and Papatoetoe.
