REFUSES TO TAKE A PART IN CELEBRATIONS POLITICAL BOMBSHELL Reed. 10.5 a.m. BERLIN, Tuesday, President Hindenburg delivered a political bombshell by announcing that he was not visiting Coblenz Treves aix Wiesbaden to participate in the evacuation celebrations because the Nationalist Stahlheim Association is a prohibited organisation in the Rhineland.
