H :<sor, last evening, in rr.cvirg the adoption cf the report at the annua! meeting. It was the first time for seme years that a satisfactory position had been reveal ed. A vote of thanks was passed to the retiring president. Mr. Eh Hickson, for the splendid work he had done in the interests of tennis during his term of office- After discussion the Dunlop baH was adopted for the ensuing season Mr. F. C. Ellis's motion to provide provision in the rules for the ejection of life members was passed nnanimouf’y. and the following were proposed:—Messrs. A- Go*die. Eh G. Ohlson. H. R, Cooke G. L Taylor and H. G. Taomson. The Caro Memorial Bowl and the A grade pennant were presented to the Remuera Chib, and the B grade pennant an I the Hector Morpeth Shield to Campbell Park for the C grad*- The L> grade pennant was won by Pukeroa The election of officers resulted as follows: —Patron, the Governor-Gen-eral.
