Annual Dance ENJOYABLE EVENING , The annual dance of the Papa- 1 kura Golf Club took place in the I Paragon Theatre on Thursday evening. The hall and stage were decorated in coloured streamers and greenery, and the supper tables were arranged with jonquils, Iceland poppies, wattle, marigolds and snowdrops. Tho programme included two very amusing sketches entitled “Aunt Maria’s Wireless,” interpreted by Alra Nello Porter, All*. Churchouse, Aliss Burton, Mrs. Richmon, Afiss Joyce Porter, and Air. G. Aloody, and “Returned With Thanks,” the parts being played by Aliss E. Stairs. Air. G. College, Air. J. Gordon and Mr. Moody. Items were also given by Miss Flora Robertson, Air. Owen Pritchard. Air. W. Sutherland, Air. Alervyn Adams, and Air. Churchouse. Airs Bird and Air. Eric Waters acted as accompanists.
