MAINTENANCE CLAIM FAILS Fi;om Our Oxen Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. Refusing to make an order against Jesse Joseph Appleton for being in arrears for maintenance of his wife, Mr. Wyveru Wilson, S.M.. in the Magi".i rate’s Court today said the woman should return to her home. Defendant said his wife lived in Auckland and failed to reply to his letters. He had a family and a comfortable home here and was obliged to employ a housekeeper.
