MOTORISTS' REGRET

The Council of the Auckland Automobile Association last evening placed on record its regret of the death of Sir Joseph Ward. “Sir Joseph always took a keen interest in motoring, at one time being a prominent member of the Wellington Automobile Club,” said the president. Air. A. Grayson, in moving the motion. “Tie was a great statesman and always did his best for the country as a whole.” The motion was carried, all members standing.
