WORK OF PARLIAMENT REVISED AT HOME IMPORTANT BILLS OUT British Official Wireless RUGBY, Friday. Owing to the pressure of Parliamentary work the Government's legislative programme has been curtailed. The Prime Minister, Mr. MacDonald, said it was with great regret that the | Consumers’ Council Bill and the Eduj cation Bill could not be included in ; the revised programme without unduly prolonging the proceedings of Parliaj ment. Mr. MacDonald said he hoped it would be possible to conclude the session by the end of July.
