TAUPIRI CLEARING SALE
Tlio New Zealand Loan and. Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., Hamilton, report:—Wo held a clearing sale at Taupiri on Thursday on account of W. and L>. Young. The cows were in good condition, but owing to the lateness of their calving dates they did not meet with the competition ruling at late clearing sales. Best dairy cows close to profit made £lO to £l2 10s; others, £7 to £9; late calvers, £ G to £6: in-calf heifers. £11; others. £0 to £7 15s; yearling calves, £3 10s; hoggets, 15s 9d.
