WOMEN’S EXECUTIVE MEETS COUNTRY WEEK ARRANGEMENTS Miss P. H. Dawson presided at a meeting of the executive committee of the Auckland Ladies’ Hockey Association held this week, when arrangements were made for the entertainment of the visiting teams during Country Week, which commences soon in Auckland. Arrangements are to be made for an official welcome to the visiting teams during Country Week at Messrs. Milne and Choyce’s. The joint associations’ dance will bo held at the Scots’ Plall on July 17. In addition, the visiting teams will be given a social evening on July 15. Life members’ badges will be preI to 1 . EL ( Fuller at a dinner to be held at the Albert Hotel on July 5.
