(j> That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained whi.e the subscriber is in a 6tate of lntox*catiou or lesulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanlt war, riot, or civil commotion or for an injury arising out of and in the course of his or her employment save allowed In clauses 2 and 6 hereof. (k) That in the event of any dlspuie between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision cf a medical referee to bo nominated by THE SUN whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. (l) That the subscriber was not a crier.e at the date of registration (m) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber.
